Introduction

Sensor raw data can be processed automatically by the processing chain running on Skaha's cloud server.

The online processing is optional. Customers can opt out of having their data uploaded to Skaha's server for processing.

The following steps are performed as part of the online processing:

  • Filtering

  • Gain and drift corrections

  • Gridding onto a regular grid of latitude and longitude

  • Separation of polarized and unpolarized components

  • Conversion of radiometer output into volumetric water content using a land-surface model

  • Provision of raw data, processed data, and graphs in a Google Drive folder accessible to the customer only
